由于广播电视行业的特殊属性，外资准入问题一直受各个国家的重视。本文综合比较了各个国家的相关政策法规，同时对外资进入的利弊进行了对比分析，认为我国广播电视的现行体制机制不适宜外资进入，但可以在国资完全掌控的情况下，在不涉及新闻及宣传和意识形态内容等领域，进行少量试点。
<<Since broadcasting is a very important business，every country will consider a lot when foreigners want to invest. We compare different countries’ regulations and rules about investment of foreigners，analysis the advantages and disadvantages，get a conclusion that it’s not suitable for our country to let foreigners to invest on broadcasting.
