In recent years，China’s digital publishing industry develops rapidly，and digital publishing has become a strategic emerging industry. It also plays an important role in the national economy and social informationization. In this article，the author discusses on the relationship between digital publishing industry and “media convergence”，the national policy support，construction of digital publishing content platforms and the challenges and problems that digital publishing industry faces.
