In 2011, Guangzhou deepened its cultural system reform and established the first stated-owned cultural investment group in Guangdong province; cultural creation industry implemented the "going out strategy" , cartoon, animation and other superior industries kept on leading the way in China; after 13 years endeavor Guangzhou had finally become the National Civilized City successfully and its urban civilized level was promoted constantly; the building of world cultural city was launched and progressed into the government planning level; public cultural service was equalized gradually, the cooperative trinity system of government, private enterprise and citizen is initially formed; the brand culture activities were launched vividly and dramatically, the cultural image of Guangzhou was improved continually; new findings were made in archaeological excavation, the declaration of non world cultural heritage in folkloric class obtained extraordinary achievement. In 2012, Guangzhou will further deepen its cultural system reform, develop cultural industry greatly, introduce more high level talents, push the building of world cultural city into the practical implement stage, try to build the "State Demonstration Area of Public Culture Service System"； the equalization of public culture service is hopeful to be improved further. <<
