Marine environment alongside China’s coastline is seriously threatened by marine alien species’ invasion. Legislation system countering with this issue is insufficient to resolve the issue. It is necessary to legislate specifically to the prevention of marine alien species’ invasion，aim at the protection of marine biological diversity，establish marine ecosystem-based management regime，clarify precautionary principle as the primary principle，develop relevant prevention institution，and encourage the public to participate in the comprehensive prevention from marine alien species’ invasion.
