Liwan is one of the most important downtown areas of Guangzhou, it is also the central area of Guangfu culture and the integration area of Xiguan culture, and it can demonstrate many core factors of Guangfu culture and Lingnan culture. The planning of building world cultural city core zone owns a significant meaning to the building of World Cultural City in Guangzhou.
