Liwan district is a downtown with unique Lingnan characteristic and owns abundant historic and cultural relic resources; however, it has a certain gap between other cultural city core zones in the world. The paper is based on the analysis of cultural development environment of Liwan, plans for the orientation and blue picture of cultural development strategy of Liwan, proposes the opinions and suggestions for the building of world cultural city core zone, enables the cultural construction to play a leading role in the social and economic development of Liwan, advances and enhances the local competition, provides the base and guidance for the future development of Liwan. <<
