Henan has made great breakthrough in the number of system reform，for example，in the aspect of the household registration system，land system，the investment and financing system and administrative system. The speed and quality of new urbanization are improved significantly，urban scale is constantly expanding，the modern urban system is maturing，the overall carrying capacity of the town is growing，the transfer of agricultural population is accelerating public，urban and rural integration is rising. But in the new urbanization of reform and development process，there are some deep-seated contradictions and problems. It needs further intensify reform and form the best reform efforts. In 2015，the economy of China has entered a new normal，Henan also presents a new trend on urban development.
