In order to fully implement “speed up new urbanization development” strategy，the research report is based on the new urbanization related theory，uses the AHP to determine the weight of index，constructs the model of urbanization quality statistic monitor system from five dimensions of the population urbanization，economy urbanization，social urbanization，space urbanization and ecological urbanization，which is conducive to objectively reflect the process of urbanization and fully reflects problems of urbanization development，and then provides the basis for government to formulate，adjust and implement new urbanization policy.
