The stable employment of rural transferred labor force is an important task of urbanization. In the process of urbanization which is supported by the rapid development of industrialization and informationization，the transferred rural labor force can adapt to the requirements of industrial development to get stable employment，which is the focus of the government’s public service. However，the real situation of the transferred rural labor force in our province is faced with difficult problems. To maximize the matched degree between the job demand of rural labor force and job supply of industry has become the main task of the public employment service.
