Nanyang is richly endowed with the cultural resources descended from the Han Dynasty，including political culture represented by the emperor’s hometown，the celebrities represented by scientist Zhang Heng，doctor Zhang Zhongjing and politician Zhuge Liang，and decorative culture represented by Han Dynasty Art as well，all of which constitutes the important basis for the construction of a city in culture. To integrate the resources from the Han Dynasty and to create city card and cultural brand are inevitable choices for Nanyang to construct itself into a cultural city
