In Japan,there are strong concerns about economic deterioration which is led by appreciation of the yen.This is caused by the coexistence of "the enterprises that sensitive to appreciating yen" and "the enterprises that insensitive to appreciating yen".Under the background of the appreciation of the yen,the former increase the procurement of raw material and parts from overseas,and import their products produced in overseas factories.So the enterprises enjoy the benefits of appreciation of the yen,and offset the loss of appreciation of the yen.In contrast,the latter's necessary raw materials and parts are basically in Japan,therefore they are unable to receive the benefits of yen appreciation.However,because these enterprises require the suppliers of raw materials and parts to reduce price,may be able to get the benefits of the appreciation of the yen after a longer period of time.At present,Japan's problem is not the appreciation of the yen,but the merits of the yen appreciation are concentrated in only part of enterprises,and which are not distributed to all businesses immediately. <<
