In November 2011,despite serious domestic opposition,Japan ask to join in TPP,which meant that Japan's Pacific Development Strategy is on another magnificent turn.So,it is necessary to recall the important FDI area conversion of Japan in Asia through the previous economic fluctuations since last century when Japan made a proposal to return to Asia.This paper begins with the flow of Japanese FDI and the affecting factors,then analyses the factors from the following perspectives,such as market factors,cost factors,institutional factors and the concentration factors.In the end,the impact of these factors on the Japan's FDI choice and the economic activity in Asia are given according to the above analyses. <<
