This paper，based on the “Expert Suggestions for the Third Amendments of the Copyright Law of China” by Intellectual Property Center，China Academy of Social Sciences，and the Drafting Amendments of the Copyright Law of China by National Copyright Administration of China，discusses some issues in the revision of the Law，including to repel “Regulations for the Protection of Computer Software”，to rearrange author’s moral rights and economic rights，to clarify the related rights concerning performance，sound recording，broadcasting，and typographical design，and to strengthen the protection of author’s rights and related rights.
