Although the international economic declined，growth rate of domestic economic slowed down and production costs rose up and other unfavorable factors existed objectively in 2013，the private cultural industry in Sichuan Province actively developed with the industrial policy support from both central and local government，and made a great contribution to the culture industry development composite index of Sichuan Province reached the national top ten and ranked the first in the Midwest area this year. Especially，the animation game industry，the museum industry and cultural creative fields have achieved national remarkable results，and these new industry trends of amalgamation，transformation and upgrading also fetched attention. Meanwhile，due to historical and practical reasons，the private cultural industry in Sichuan Province still faces some development difficulties at present and deeply hopes the relevant government departments can help to solve，so as to make more contribution to construct Sichuan Province as a Cultural Province corresponding to the status of economic highland in Western China.
