In 2011，Luzhou unveiled “opinions about to speed up the cultural construction”，put forward culture development ideas of “Wine+N”. It adhere to take the cultural industry as new power，new engine and new path of economic development，and take strong measures to strongly push forward its development. At present，Luzhou commit to construct itself as the regional central cities in integration of Sichuan，Yunnan，Guizhou and Chongqing，so as to provide a broad space for speeding up the development of cultural industry. This report summarizes the development achievements of Luzhou culture industry in recent years，researches the existing problems，puts seven suggestions to accelerate the development：deepening the system reform，developing leading enterprise and key enterprise，increasing the industrial convergence，digging culture resources，extension of industry chain，enhancing discover project，strengthening the regional cooperation.
