Based on the grain production，Henan actively develops the agricultural industry which is orientedl cash crop. After several years effort，the scale，standardization and industrialization production of cash crop has improved gradually，which greatly increase the efficiency of agriculture and the income of peasants，but it still has some obvious problems. Hereafter，we need take more efforts on the base construction，technology support，brand cultivation，element agglomeration，government service，and so on，then expand the cash crop industry furtherly.
