Urban eco-agriculture is the connecting link between the city and the traditional agricultural areas，and has a significant and great prospect in future in Henan. It presents the obvious characteristic of multi-industrial development because of the dual attention from the market and the government. But at the same time，it also exists some problems such as the blindness and homogenization，emphasis on its multi-functional characteristics too excessively and neglect of its intention of development. So it faces the lack of cooperation between the various enterprises of urban eco-agriculture. In the future，we should pay attention to the long-term planning，guide the cooperation between urban eco-agricultural enterprises，and strengthen the statistics and research on the development of urban eco-agriculture.
