The socio-economic transformation and modernization of policies has provided a development environment for family farms in Henan Province. At present，family farms of Henan Province are mainly registered as self-employed，and which are engaged in the development of food production is more stable，family farms of 100-200 acres have the maximum benefit. For the policy having not been completed，the elements of high prices，financing difficulties and service system is imperfect and so on，we need to take measures to promote the development of family farms in Henan Province.
