Henan rural financial system has played an important role in supporting modern agricultural development，however，there are also a series of problems in the system，such as the serious imbalance between supply and demand，and the irregularities private financial. In the future，Henan Province should actively promote the rural financial legislation，innovating rural financial products and service，optimizing the ecological environment for rural financial development，guiding the normative development of private finance，and increasing the policy support to rural finance，in order to speed up institutional innovation and further improvement of Henan rural financial system，as well as better serve to agricultural development of rural economy.
