This paper introduced the definition of wearable devices and their history，classified and summarized wearable devices from the consumer electronic devices and the professional electronic equipments. At the same time，analyzed the current limitation of wearable devices’ development from the product，user experience and privacy. The last part of this paper is the individual prediction of wearable devices’ development trend.
