There are many social hot questions related to deep system problems in the economy and society in Henan in 2014. In Blue Book of Henan（in 2014）we selected ten hot questions，hackled carefully and commented on them briefly in order to provide some useful reference to futher deepen the reform. The ten questions are the followings：college entrance examination system reform，managing and regulating highway’s station card、fines and fees，barbaric demolition，local officials’style construction，administration by law，government information publicity，governing air pollution，preventing and punishing the corruption system construction，the immigrants’stable development in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project，household registration system reform.
