There is a growing perception to develop social organization strongly today. The social organizations in Henan have developed rapidly in these years which has become an important force to encourage innovation in social management. There are some remarkable results in the construction and management of social organizations as well as some problems that cannot meet the social and people’s demands. Therefore，we should shape modern idea，strengthen the top-level design，construct modern social organization system，increase supportive strength，establish and improve governmnet-purchasing service system，improve the breeding mechanism，innovate the regulation system and reinforce self-development，which is the effective route to develop social organization，and is also the inherent meaning to deepen the social-management system reform in the new period.
