With the Third Plenary Session of the eighth innovative social governance system as an important part of promoting national governance systems and governance modernization since，Henan Province in promoting social governance has made exploration of localization. This paper discusses the experience of Shenzhen and Henan practices based on social work attempts to explore this opportunity and social organizations involved in the path of social governance，aims to propose feasible suggestions for the promotion of social governance scientific Henan Province.
