Through the method of empirical analysis，we analyze the financial supply in social security system of Henan Province，summarize the benenficial results of social security development，compare financial parts of social security expenditure level within Henan province. We find that the major problems of financial supply in social security system of Henan Province main problems include：①the lack of financial support for development of the social security to build a normalization mechanism，②the lack of financial support for social insurance expenditure structure to build a rationalization mechanism，and③the lack of supervision in financial expenditure of social security system of Henan province. Finally，We put forward corresponding suggestions to solve these these problems.
