In recent years，with the popularity of the Internet，the influence of Internet on people is increasing. On the one hand，network awareness and behavior of Internet users in Henan Province is showing a modern development trend and characteristics，on the other hand，there are also some real problems which need social attention，such as lack of awareness of the depth of Internet users when they use the network，low level of network technology；lack of civic awareness and network politics extent and level；lack of awareness of net-controlled，non-rational network behavior exists to some extent；dislocation network performance conscious users，network behavior appears gender bias；lack of network security and the awareness of rights their rights violated by the network and other violations. To do this，we need to make relevant suggestions from multiple levels：（1）the micro level：cultivate personal network awareness；enhance their overall literacy；（2）the meso level：optimizing network support platform；optimization community，units，and family support platform；optimize network operator platform；（3）the macro level：to improve the strength of economic development；promote advanced social culture；improve relevant policies and regulations；government attaches great importance to network management. Through the cooperation of all social parts，the network users will make better healthy awareness and behaviors，promote positive interaction between network use and social development.
