当前,高校毕业生就业难成为社会广泛关注的热点问题,解决这一难题成为各级政府就业工作的重中之重。受多种因素影响,河南高校毕业生就业难呈现常态化、长期化的趋势。随着社会转型发展的加快和高校毕业生就业质量意识的提升,高校毕业生就业亟须实现从重视“量”到更加重视“质”的转变。基于此,本文立足于河南实际,紧密结合河南就业工作实践,以近五年毕业并在河南省内就业的高校毕业生为样本,对当前河南高校毕业生就业质量情况开展了较为全面的问卷调查。本次调查基本掌握了当前河南高校毕业生就业质量情况,在调查基础上提出的对策和建议也具有较强的针对性。
