In the process of China’s new-type urbanization，the issue of rural-to-urban migrant worker’s housing security has been brought into government’s agenda. Since the implementation of Housing Security for Off-Farm Worker，public rental housing has a remarkable effect on improving off-farm worker’s living conditions，promoting off-farm worker’s stable employment，and carrying out the strategy of rural-urban integration. However，the supply of public rental housing does not meet the demand of off-farm worker to some extent. Further reforms on policy design and policy implementation is required.
