This chapter focuses on the measure and analysis of the Sichuan urban agglomerations’ development. The construction of development index system concludes 6 areas that arethe level of economic development，quality of economic growth，industrial structural condition，and the major demands of urbanization，urban and rural incomes. The main factors restricting the development are not consummate in the city system，not equitable in the industrial structure and not proper in the division of labor.
