In this paper，we sort out and analyze some issues in Hangzhou：the generating relationship and contradiction in new family and marriage，the existing factors which influence family harmony，the misunderstanding in family education，the upcoming problems of supporting old people after the accelerated process of population aging in Hangzhou，and so on. Besides，we put forward a series of comments and suggestions on how to solve the above problems.
