Major administrative decision-making concerns numerous stakeholders，affects reform and social stability and therefore must be carried out in a lawful，scientific and democratic way. The People’s Government of Yibin City has adopted and implemented a series of norms on，carried out active explorations and gained effective experience in major administrative decision-making. This report analyzes from the practical perspective the operational mode of major administrative decision-making in Yibin City，and tries to find ways of making further breakthroughs in work of major administrative decision-making.
