In 2014，the Government of Sichuan Province，in the process of implementing the policy of ruling the province by law，developed a menu-like program of promotion of the knowledge of law，compiled targeted and time-sensitive teaching materials in light of the demands of different groups of people in state organs，schools and colleges，temples and monasteries，neighborhoods，villages，enterprises，and public institutions，and carried out different forms of publicity of law that the people were delighted to hear and see，thereby speeding up the establishment of a good social order in which people handle their daily business and resolve their disputes in accordance with law and continuously strengthening the rule-of-law foundation of the development of a prosperous Sichuan Province.
