实行网格化服务管理是紧密联系群众、面对面服务群众的重要载体,也是进一步加强和改进新形势下社会治理基层基础工作的有效抓手。本文重点回顾了四川省积极推进以信息化为支撑的网格化服务管理的工作实践,介绍了其经验做法,并对巩固深化相关工作明确了路径。网格化服务管理是基层社会治理的一项综合性系统工程,难在建设、重在管理、贵在应用,需要继续在全面深化改革、全面深入推进依法治省的大局之中去推进,努力把建设成果转化为现实应用,不断提升基层社会治理水平。
<<The implementation of the system of grid service and management is an important means of keeping close contact with and providing face-to-face service to the people,as well as an effective tool of further strengthening and improving grassroots social governance under the new situation. This report reviews the practice of Sichuan Province in the implementation of the system of grid service and management with informatization as its support,introduces its successful experiences,and identifies various approaches to strengthening the relevant work. Grid service and management is a comprehensive system engineering of grassroots social governance,with its difficulty laying in the construction,its emphasis laying in the management,and its value laying in the application. Efforts need to be made to further improve the system in the context of deepening the reform in a comprehensive way and ruling the province by law,and to put the results of the improvement of the system into practical application,so as to continuously improve the quality of grassroots social governance.
