Since the 1970s,with the development of urbanization, the phenomenon of division,inequality,fragmentation and segregation appears in more and more cities.Urban divide becomes a new challenge for urban development.In order to narrow urban divide, many countries have adopted positive social and economic policies, to resolve injustice and other problems.This paper focuses on the meaning of urban divide and the foreign policies of narrowing the urban divide, which has an model value to China to eradicate of urban dual structure in Urban, narrow the urban divide, promote the harmonious development of the city. <<
