Since the implementation of the"European Capital of Culture Plan", some new City Star of Europe has emerged.All of these cities took this plan as a turning point of rebuilding their cultural sites and facilities, expanding cities well-knownness, promoting boomings and upgrade of culture industry, absorbing more investment.
