Based on Chicago Cultural Plan constituted by Chicago Cultural Affairs Department in 1995,this paper mainly focused on the background of cultural planning, cultural strategies and measures of different sectors, urban cultural projects construction, the relationships of urban culture development with cultural facilities, funding resources, cultural education, financial support and other things.Finally, the paper proposed the good experience of Chicago Cultural Plan to Chinese cities. <<
