The shortage of resources is and a typical urban syndrome companied with the emergence of urbanization. With the rapid urbanization process, a rapid expansion of city size and a population explosion emerged. Serious shortage of land, water, public facilities and the consumer-goods resources emerged in large numbers. This paper introduces the international metropolis for the shortage of resources, the main performance and management of way, hope to benefit from developed countries in successful management experience of some large cities, to walk out of the resources predicament as early as possible. <<
