Airport is a key infrastructure for social-economic development of a country. In view of the rapid development of globalization, international airports become crucial component in long term development strategies of many countries so as to promote international flow of human resource, goods and capital, to balance international and regional development and,to promote national competence. Japanese Congress passed "New Development Act" in June 2010 and formulated the staged aim and strategy for Tokyo International Airports. Therefore development of the airports has become part of national strategy. Based on the promotion of transportation and resource utilization, coordinated operation and international competence of the airports has been realized. <<
