From urbanization emphasis on“population-industry-land”the content of comprehensive coordinated development，Firstly we analyze the Dabie Mountain Area population urbanization，industrialization and urbanization process of urbanization and land features since 2004，found that：（1）Dabie Mountain Area as a whole has entered into the phase of rapid urbanization，but the urbanization level in the area difference is obvious；（2）the quality of urbanization is not high，the specific performance of population urbanization and land uncoordinated urbanization，land ahead of urbanization，population urbanization lagging population-industry-urbanization of land is not high degree of coupling and coordination low，weak industrial urbanization driven effect. Finally，the combination of Dabie Mountain Area Regional Development and Poverty Alleviation Plan proposed path from industry，urbanization，population and traffic development，and pointed out the future development trend of the Dabie Mountains urbanization.
