On the basis of reviewing the business registration system development in our country，the article analyzed the content and features of the reform of business registration system，and cleared the fundamental role of construction of enterprises credit system to this reform. Then the paper pointed out the direction of the business registration reform，which was improving the supervision results，improving disclosure and strengthening sector linkages.
