经过30多年的发展,快递服务业作为现代物流行业的一项核心业务已在中国形成了一个规模庞大的产业。但在其快速发展的同时,各种失信现象频发,表现为服务质量差、投诉率递增、霸王条款横行、个人信息泄露等。本报告分析了影响中国快递服务业信用发展的关键性因素,提出了健全法律法规、强化监管、完善服务标准、放宽市场准入以提高快递市场竞争力等政策建议。
<<After 30 years of development,courier services as a core business of the modern logistics industry in China has formed a large-scale industry. At the same time,there are also various discreditable phenomenon’s,manifested in poor quality of service,complaint rate increasing,the terms of overlord,disclosure of personal information,which has restricted the rapid development of the industry. Analysis of the key factors affecting the development of express delivery industry lie in the imperfect laws and regulations,multi-thread supervision resulting in inefficient,standard is imperfect and inadequate implementation,homogeneous competition resulting in chaotic management,lack of professionals. Based on this,this article believes that,in order to promote the credit development of the industry,which to provide a good environment support for the development of express industry,should establish and improve laws and regulations and strengthen supervision,improve the service standard,relax market access in order to enhance the market competitiveness,strengthen the service innovation,actively play the role of express industry association,etc..
