上海是全国吸引外资最多的省份之一，本文主要对上海吸引外资的现状、特点与趋势等问题进行了较为详尽的阐述，并指出外资已成为上海经济发展不可或缺的重要组成部分。随着投资环境的不断改善，上海吸引外资的规模将会不断扩大，质量将会进一步提高。
<<Shanghai is one of the largest cities to attract foreign investment of China. This paper analyzes the situation，characteristic and trend of Shanghai attracting FDI，and shows that FDI have become a big part of Shanghai economy. Also，the author argues that the scale and quality of FDI in Shanghai will be improved with the continuous improvement of the investment environment.
