This paper using 1975-2011 of the population mortality data, the impact of China's population mortality related factor were analyzed. Through the EVIEWS software such as establish ARIMA model of our country in 2012-2016 to forecast population mortality. In the mortality rate under the background of rising year by year ,from increasing investment ,building reconstruction funeral home; advocate section, green environmental protection was buried type; to speed up the construction of rural public cemetery of China's funeral and interment facilities planning are also proposed. <<
