合肥处于安徽省中部,而安徽省一直是我国的农业大省和农民工输出大省。对于合肥市的就业形势与趋势分析,可以反映出我国中部地区经济崛起阶段的就业特征。从一系列的统计数据和监测数据看,合肥市第二产业特别是制造业用工需求旺盛,这与21世纪以来合肥的“工业立市”战略息息相关;人口结构老龄化及高等教育大众化,导致合肥市普工供应减少,已出现企业招工难的突出问题;合肥地处中部地区,工资水平与就业待遇相对不高,再加上有些企业的职业教育培训不能常态化以及高校毕业生的求职愿景较高等因素,造成高校毕业生就业难与企业专业技术人员招工难等并存现象。如何解决这些就业问题,合肥市的一些举措将给人们以启迪。
<<Hefei is in central Anhui. The province of Anhui has always been China’s major agricultural and migrant workers output province. Analyzing the employment situation and trend of Hefei can reflect the employment characteristic of central China during the period of economic leap. A series of statistical data and monitoring data showed that there was high labor demand in second industry especially the manufacturing industry of Hefei,which was related to the strategy of “industry prospering city” after new century. Because of population aging and the popularization of higher education,general worker supply reduced in Hefei,which has become a prominent problem in enterprise recruitment. The wage and employment benefits in Hefei located in central China is relatively low,coupled with the occupation education and training cannot be normalized in some enterprises and college graduates’high expectation,so it was difficult for the college graduates to find jobs in the market and enterprises to find professional technical worker. How to solve this problem,the example of Hefei will give us some suggestions.
