Community social workers, working for the community and the upsetting of a harmonious society, have been brought into the management system in Beijing. The survey randomly sampled 288 social workers and made a questionnaire on "Your ideas of Beijing's social construction and management in 2012". The article shows the results from the following aspects: social workers team construction in Beijing, their views on the city management and development in 2012, and their views on the state development in 2012 as well. Besides what is worth mentioning is that the social worker's comments on our social forms and policies is positive and most of them are full of confidence of the development of the city, In addition, the social workers considers the education and the price of commodities the key issues and common concerns. And the service for the convinces of the customers should be concerned and financially input, especially for the elderly and the whole social security system <<
