One-child families are becoming normal family mode in China.The disability parents of one child empty nest family is very special vulnerable groups in modern society.The article is based on the data from XiCheng district, to describe the living conditions of the parents of such families, analyze the risks and needs the families are currently facing, and to explore the ideas and countermeasures the government and society could provide. <<
