This study has completed by a joint research group—Beijing University of Technology and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, based on years of research. The report systematically expounded the development course, the status quo, organizational structure, workflow,of the Community Corrections, review and summarize the concept and characteristics of "Beijing community corrections", analyze the problems of the community correction mode, put forward the suggestions like changing conception, exploring community corrections law, mobilizing private participation enthusiasm, and improving the management mechanism of community corrections and etc. <<
