During the rapid urbanization,how to resettle the land-expropriated villagers is a major task that governments need to process.This article is written on the basis of the survey on the Beijing suburb resettled villagers,in which well-being of them is an important question.The results of the data have shown that the resettled suburb villagers in Beijing are comparatively enjoying a high level of well-being.Beijing is the political center of China,which is the main reason,and keeping the harmony and stabilization of society is significant.That is why the well-being is high because interests of land-expropriated and resettled villagers are given a good respect during the reconfiguration of resources and opportunities.The data indicate that avoiding the conflicts during the resettlement in urbanization is possible,if we can handle the balance between efficiency and equity,and Beijing is a good example. <<
