The fund for culture construction is increased visibly in 2013，the national public service system is improved，the work of cultural science and finance is advanced smoothly，there are lots of prominent achievements in the field of cultural system reform，the cultural heritage protection，cultural market management，cultural communication and honest cultural construction. Driven by CPC and the government，cultural industry has made remarkable results. However，there are many problems in cultural construction，for example，cultural fund is not appropriate with social and economic development situation and there is imbalance between urban and rural structure in cultural development. The task of cultural construction is still very heavy in order to further improve credibility in the field of cultural construction made by CPC and the government and to meet the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in 2020.
