In 2013，Chinese cultural production developed steadily，culture creation became rich and colorful，economic and social benefits of cultural production became increasingly obvious. However，at present，there are many problems in Chinese cultural production，such as the industry index and its development is out-off-balance，structural contradictions remain serious；in contrast to the developed countries，Chinese cultural production has a long way to go；to follow the trend and the bubble phenomenon often occurs. This report gives some advices about these problems in the final.
