In China, under the intense attention of the government, cultural industry has seen healthy and flourishing development. The integration of culture and technology has become a new growth point of China's economic development. However, from the perspective of international vision, the development of cultural industry in China has a lot of problems. For example, the relative delay of system reform and policy guidance, the relative shortage of inter-disciplinary talent, and the lack of the creative thinking. At the moment of the development of the integration of culture and technology,faced with opportunities and challenges, we need to focus on the strategic positioning, scientific planning and steady progress. To deepen the reform of the cultural system, optimize policies and regulations system, improve the novel fusion system and the investment and financing environment, cultivate talents, capture key techniques, and encourage cultural consumption, etc, we should construct a cultural and technological innovation system which is guided by the government, and involves the market to explore and form the road of high-tech development, and to facilitate the integration of culture and technology. <<
